Subject: Annual Termite Service Agreement Renewal Inspection
This letter is to inform you that Smith Exterminating Company, Inc. will be performing the annual termite inspection on the dates listed below. The annual inspection is required under the terms and conditions of the termite warranty. It is necessary that all units be inspected. Please have all crawlspace areas, ground floor slab areas including garages and storage areas accessible for the inspection.
Any unit that is not made accessible for the inspection will result in cancellation of the termite service agreement for that unit.
In an effort to expedite the inspection process, the listed schedule will be followed:

Should you be unavailable on the day specified, we suggest making arrangements with a friend or neighbor to provide access or leaving a garage door and/or crawlspace unlocked and we would lock it when the inspection is completed.
Should you need to make other special arrangements, we will make every attempt to accomodate your situation. Appointments are available in blocks of time between 8am - 12 pm and 1pm - 4 pm. A copy of the inspection will be left for you.
Inspections scheduled for any day other than the above specified dates will result in an additional inspection fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per unit pagable at the time of the inspection by the owner.
