The meeting was called to order at 6:00.
Consideration of Minutes was delayed until next meeting.

4281-89 is coming in below anticipated costs. At 80% completion, there is less wood replacement than expected; final cost will be ready by next meeting.

New Business – 2004 Budget: Discussion of increases to the following items: Roof Maintenance; Building wood replacement; Gutter replacement; Painting; Tree removal; Auditing fee; Management fee; printing costs, and insurance premiums. Also, include new line item “Collection of Bad Debt” to cover cost of legal services for past due assessments. No funds will be budgeted to reserves. Final figures will be presented at December meeting.
