Board reviewed Proxy & letter, B Browning to make changes and distribute to board members for review. Mgmt will attempt to schedule Lake Johnson boathouse for meeting. Proxies & meeting notices will be mailed to homeowners.

Due to large deficit in wood replacement budget, the second roof will not be accomplished this year. The $7,000 funds in roof replacement will offset the estimated $10,000 deficit in wood replacement budget.
