Treasurer's report for April was filled for audit.
Management Report:
1. Renter at 4113 has removed some of the pine straw. Management will send them a letter.
2. 4124 has been double parking and Management will send them a letter.
3. Repair of speed bump needed in front of 4125.
4. FYI Community Watch information is available.
5. Next building to have wood replacement is 4211-4219.

Unfinished Business:
1. Discussion about grounds contract was held. Barbara Dodson made a motion to renew the grounds contract for M&M Landscaping Co., seconded by Frank Johnson. Motion carried.
2. Discussion about proposed amendments to the by-laws. One change in the by-laws deals with the increase of the deductible and one referring to the common expenses at Article 4 Section E. Motion by Bonnie Latham seconded by Frank Johnson that we send the proposed amendments to the attorney for correction of wording and legality. Motion carried.
3. Annual audit costs discussion was tabled.
New Business:
1. Discussion about PB pipe amendment was tabled.
