Management Report:
1, Elm tree at 4012 was discussed. Motion by Loftin and seconded by Johnson to have tree removed was made and approved. 
2. Sidewalk repair discussion was tabled pending more investigation
3. Problem with Heidi's units was corrected.
4. Liz Dixon reported an issue about bushes being cut down. Problem to be investigated.
5. Next building to have wood replacement is 4277-4221
