Minutes from January meeting approved.
Treasurer's report for February was filled for audit.
Management Report:
1. Painting completed on building 4221-4229.
2. Sample contract from M&M was discussed.
3. Double billing from stock building supply was corrected.
4. Tree at 4012 with hangers will be discussed with Nelson about removal or trimming.
5. Heidi Porter complained about water running under her unit. Motion by Dodson seconded by Loftin to have this problem corrected. Approved.
Committee Reports:
Grounds: Tabled for next month discussion about insulation maintenance is homeowners' or association's responsibility.

Unfinished Business:
1. Discussion about election of board members at the Annual Meeting. The board continued the seats of present board members.
2. Discussion about the increased cost of insurance from $11,000.00 to $16,000.00 with having budgeted for $13,000.00.
New Business: - Request to bid annual audit costs by Browning.
Request for Monthly Management Report for Board Review by Browning.
