Minutes from August meeting approved.
Treasurer's report for August was filled for audit.
Management Report:
1, Two trees at 4291 and 4285 were removed but delayed grinding stumps due to their nearness to the sidewalks. Board recommended stumps be ground as closely and safely as possible.
2. Basic Plumbing would not submit replumb bid because they would not do sheet rock work and other items beyond the plumbing

Management stated landscaping co. would till the garden for $75. B. Latham request to delay that request.
