Minutes from May meeting approved.
Treasurer's report for May was filed for audit.
Management Report:
Roof replacement completed on 4252-4261
Gutters to be cleaned before next meeting
Re-plumb bid enclosed in package
Management is working with several contractors to obtain bids for siding replacement for next building.
Unfinished Business:
Problems again with unit over-parking vehicles. Data will be collected for a week and the board will re-instate fine.
Obtain more bids for re-plumbing. A letter to the homeowners should be drafted in support of the issue.
Obtain bids for replacement siding for next building.
