Executive Session: Minutes for April were approved as read.
Treasurer's report for April was filed for Audit.
Management Report:
Roof replacement for units 4253-4261 to begin on week of May 13.
Plumbers should have estimate for replumbing within a week or two.
B. Latham and J. Hertrick were reelected to the BOD.

New Business:
BOD directed management to solicit bids for wood replacement for units 4221-4229.
BOD directed management to direct grounds keepers to remove litter.
