Oaks of Avent Ferry Condominium Association Board of Directors Meeting March 14, 2002 at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Brian Browning, Bonnie Latham, Bill Loftin, Barbara Dodson, Frank Johnson, Jeb Black - Management

Homeowner's Forum: no homeowner's present

Executive Session:

Minutes for February were approved as read.

Treasurer's report for February was filed for Audit.

Management Report:   J. Black will talk to contractor on Gutter work to discuss options for gutters on 4101-4109 that will protect siding of structure and lessen risk of gutters clogging. 

                   

Committee Reports: none.

Unfinished Business:  none.

New Business:

The BOD directed management to determine proposed units for roof replacement and siding replacement during 2002.

B. Loftin moved to direct management to notify unit owner of 4122 that the $50 fine will be held in abeyance due to recent decrease in parking violations; however, if parking violations increase again there will be a $100 fine levied and the current $50 fine will be reinstated.  Motion passed unanimously.

B. Browning moved to direct management to contact those BOD members whose terms have expired and inquire if they desire to be placed on ballot for 2002 and to mail ballots out for BOD elections for 2002.  Motion passed unanimously.

B. Dodson moved to appoint B. Latham as interim BOD president until election results are obtained.  Motion passed unanimously.
