Minutes for January were approved as read.
Treasurer's report for January was filed for Audit.
New Business:
B. Latham moved to direct management to initiate audit with Merritt, Petway, et. al. Motion passed unanimously.
B. Latham notified BOD that Heidi Porter will take over newsletter following the next issue.
B. Browning moved to grant owner of unit 4285 a 5-day extension to February 16th on the deadline for moving owner's motor home per unit owner's request. Motion passed unanimously.
B. Browning moved that Homeowner's Association deny payment of $1000.00 bill submitted for repairs of interior of unit 4129 because insurance deductible is unit owner's responsibility. Motion passed unanimously.
